How to get a refund
- Reply to any email from My Marketing Solved with the word “refund” within 14 days of your handover call.
- We’ll refund the full amount you paid within 24 hours of receiving your request.
- No forms, no questions, no arguments.
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
Before your Plan is delivered
If you change your mind before we’ve started work, or at any point before your handover call, just let us know and we’ll refund you in full.
Your rights
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which it does not limit.
